Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
Then you can proceed to product exchange.

Return Procedures

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
In order for returns to be accepted, all products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in perfect condition, not damaged and with the relevant documents.

The return cost of an order is free for the first return.

You just have to take the package to your local Geniki Taxydromiki store and ask to send it back to us with Receiver Charge.

Every additional return has to be paid by you.

Refunds

Genuinely faulty products are entitled to a money refund.

PHOSS reserves the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the return policy.
If refund or request for product exchange is rejected , the item will be shipped back and shipping costs will need to be covered.
